According to the research, around a second to a third of us are on the introverted side. In the inherent concept of most people, extroversion means sociable and likable, while introversion and its related personalities like sensitive, quiet, and shy are not so welcome.

“Introverts living under the Extrovert Ideal are like women in a man’s world, discounted because of a trait that goes to the core of who they are." Susan Cain, Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking.

However, whether extroverted or introverted, insensitive or sensitive, social or alone, each has its own unique advantages. There are many excellent inventions in the world brought by introverts, such cofounder of Apple, Steve Wozniak.

Eye-catching TV
Eye-catching TV — Product description: A small tv on your head attracts people's eyes to avoid embarrassing eye contact. Usage scenarios: E.g. When you need to have a close face-to-face chat with someone, clip the small TV over your head. You can also wear it all day.
Shameplant ear cover
Shameplant ear cover — Product description: Earcover closes when the environment is too stimulating. Usage scenarios: E.g. Wear it when you're exhausted at a party and need your own space.
Small talk mask
Small talk mask — Product description: A wearable machine that detects the pause of the other and replies “uh-huh” automatically. Usage scenarios: E.g. Wear it when you are going to meet someone voluble.

In many cases, it is introverts' reserve and apparently groundless embarrassment that arouse all the prejudices against this type.

This project starts with the misunderstanding that introverts are subjected to in specific scenarios, to show the real inner activities of many introverts when they encounter embarrassing moments.

Being inactive in small talk does not mean they are boring, but their complex way of thinking makes them less interested in it. Avoiding eye contact does not mean being rude, but they are more sensitive to being gazed at. Decline someone's party invitation does not mean isolation, but they prefer lower stimulation.

These are 3 objects designed for introverts to help them escape from the embarrassing scenarios described above.
